These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the website purebet-ca.com and your use of the online gambling services offered under the Pure Casino profile (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all earlier versions.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You may only create an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old, and you must also be of legal gambling age under the laws applicable in your province/territory or country of residence (in many Canadian provinces this is 18 or 19). If the legal age is higher than 18 where you reside, that higher age applies.
- Jurisdictional responsibility: By registering, you represent and warrant that:
- Online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction and you are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction when using the Services; and
- You are entering into this agreement in your own name, on your own behalf, and not acting for any third party.
- One account policy: You may hold only one Account with the Operator. Multiple Accounts, name variations, or impersonation of others are strictly prohibited.
Account Creation Process
- Registration form: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number (if requested).
- Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address by clicking a verification link sent to the email you provided. The Operator may restrict or suspend access to unverified Accounts.
- KYC verification: At registration and at any later time, the Operator may request KYC documents, which may include:
- Government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, driver's licence);
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement not older than 3 months);
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., card copy with masked digits, e-wallet screenshot);
- Source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documentation, where required for AML or responsible gambling purposes.
- Verification timeframes: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to complete verification within standard industry timeframes. However, delays may occur due to volume, complexity, or third-party checks. Until verification is completed, the Operator may:
- Limit your ability to deposit, wager, or withdraw; and/or
- Temporarily suspend your Account if information appears inconsistent or incomplete.
User Obligations
- Accuracy and updates: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Services is true, accurate, and up to date. You must promptly update your details when changes occur. The Operator may request evidence of such changes.
- Password and security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You:
- Must keep your username and password private;
- Must not share your Account with any third party; and
- Are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorized it.
- Unauthorized access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must:
- Immediately change your password; and
- Notify the Operator at [email protected] without undue delay.
- Prohibited conduct: You agree not to:
- Register or use an Account on behalf of another person;
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or money-laundering purposes; or
- Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or KYC checks.
- Regulatory independence from land-based operations: Pure Canadian Gaming Corp. and its land-based casinos in Alberta (including Pure Casino Yellowhead, licensed by the AGLC under facility license no. 456211) operate under separate regulation and are legally distinct from the Operator. Your online Account, and any rewards or play on purebet-ca.com under the Pure Casino profile, do not form part of the Pure Rewards program or any land-based loyalty scheme unless expressly stated in a specific promotion.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Game rules: Each game, slot, table game, live casino game, or other product offered on the Website is governed by its specific rules, pay tables, and instructions displayed within the game interface. By placing a Bet, you acknowledge and accept those rules.
- Stake limits: Minimum and maximum Bet amounts are determined by:
- The specific game provider and game configuration; and
- Any account- or risk-based limits imposed by the Operator (e.g., responsible gambling limits).
- Bet placement: A Bet is considered accepted and final once it is processed by the Operator's servers and appears in your game history. If a technical failure prevents confirmation, the Operator will apply its game logs and server records to determine whether a Bet was placed.
- Currency: Bets and Account balances will generally be denominated in Canadian dollars (CAD) or another currency notified to you. Currency exchange risks and fees applied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Player-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted by the system, you generally cannot cancel or modify it. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each Bet before confirming.
- Operator-initiated voiding: The Operator reserves the right to void or adjust Bets and associated winnings if:
- A Bet or game round was affected by a technical, software, or connectivity error;
- The outcome was influenced by a malfunction, including but not limited to misconfigured odds, incorrect payouts, or interrupted game sequences;
- There is evidence of collusion, cheating, or exploitation of software bugs; or
- A Bet was accepted after an event or game had already been decided or after an obviously incorrect result was displayed.
- Error handling: In the event of an error, malfunction, or interruption, the Operator will:
- Restore your Account to the state prior to the erroneous Bet where reasonably possible; or
- Void the affected Bet(s) and refund the original stake to your Real Money Balance.
Rules of Conduct, Live Casino & Chat
- Respectful behaviour: You must conduct yourself courteously in all interactions with live dealers, other Players, and staff. You must not:
- Use abusive, obscene, threatening, racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory language;
- Harass, bully, or intimidate any person; or
- Promote violence, hate, or illegal activities.
- Fraud and collusion: You must not:
- Collude with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
- Use automated systems, bots, or artificial intelligence to place Bets or make decisions unless expressly allowed by the game rules;
- Exploit software vulnerabilities, "loopholes," or known bugs in games or the Website; or
- Engage in arbitrage or chip-dumping schemes.
- Monitoring and enforcement: The Operator may record and monitor all gameplay and chat communications. Breaches of these rules may result in:
- Warnings or temporary chat bans;
- Cancellation of Bets and forfeiture of winnings derived from fraudulent conduct; and/or
- Suspension or closure of your Account in accordance with the "Termination & Suspension" section.
- Responsible gambling references: For Players in Alberta and across Canada, independent responsible gambling resources such as GameSense provide education and support. The Operator encourages you to use such resources and to set personal limits where available.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Eligibility
- Offer-specific conditions: All Bonuses, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards, are governed by:
- These general Bonus Terms; and
- The specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page or within the offer communication.
- Eligibility: Bonus offers may:
- Be limited to Players from certain countries or regions (including specific Canadian provinces or territories);
- Require a minimum deposit or Bet amount; and/or
- Be restricted to one per person, household, IP address, payment method, or device.
- Activation: A Bonus may be credited to your Account:
- Automatically upon meeting promotion criteria;
- By entering a bonus code during deposit; or
- By manual credit from customer support, where applicable.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Standard wagering: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements. For example, a deposit Bonus may require you to wager e.g., 30x the Bonus amount before you can withdraw Bonus funds or related winnings. The exact multiplier and qualifying stakes will be specified in the promotion terms.
- Contribution of games: Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. For illustrative purposes only:
- Most video slots: 100% of stake;
- Some low-risk slots, table games, or live dealer games: 5 - 20% of stake;
- Certain games: 0% (do not contribute).
- Time limits: Bonuses are often subject to expiry dates (for example, 7 - 30 days from credit) and free spins may have shorter use periods. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Maximum bet with Bonus funds: The Operator may specify a maximum Bet amount per spin/round when using Bonus Funds (for example, a maximum of CAD 5 per spin). Bets above the stated limit may be excluded from wagering contribution and can lead to forfeiture of the Bonus and winnings.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Game restrictions: Some games may be excluded from Bonus play or have reduced wagering contribution. Attempts to circumvent these restrictions (e.g., by using strategies to gain disproportionate advantage) are prohibited.
- Abusive play: The Operator strictly prohibits:
- Low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns intended solely to unlock Bonuses;
- Placing large Bets using Bonus Funds followed by low-risk play to meet the remainder of wagering requirements;
- Deliberately delaying or "banking" bonus features or free spin rounds for later completion with real money or other funds.
- Bonus stacking: Unless explicitly permitted, you may not:
- Participate in multiple overlapping welcome offers; or
- Combine multiple Bonuses on the same deposit or game session.
- Consequences of breach: If the Operator reasonably believes that you have engaged in Bonus abuse, it may:
- Remove or cancel active and pending Bonuses;
- Void winnings derived from abusive Bonus play; and/or
- Restrict, suspend, or close your Account in accordance with these Terms.
Payments & Withdrawals

- Credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard);
- E-wallets and online payment services (e.g., Interac-based services, where available);
- Prepaid vouchers; and/or
- Cryptocurrencies and related wallets, if supported.
- Ownership: All deposits must be made from payment instruments held in your own name. The Operator may request evidence of ownership and may void transactions or winnings if third-party payment methods are used without authorization.
- Fees and limits: The Operator will disclose applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits and any Operator-imposed fees before you confirm the transaction. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply additional fees or currency conversion charges, which are your responsibility.
- Processing times: Deposits are usually credited instantly but may occasionally be delayed by technical issues or third-party processors. The Operator is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties.
Withdrawals
- General conditions: Before processing any withdrawal, the Operator may:
- Complete KYC and AML checks, including requesting documents as described in the Account Registration section;
- Review your gameplay for signs of fraud, collusion, or Bonus abuse; and

- Method of withdrawal: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for deposit ("closed-loop" policy). If this is not feasible, the Operator may offer an alternative method, subject to compliance checks.
- Limits and timeframes: The Operator may:
- Apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits;
- Require withdrawals above certain thresholds to be completed in instalments; and
- Typically process withdrawals within a standard internal processing time (e.g., 24 - 72 hours), excluding additional time taken by financial institutions.
- Pending withdrawals: You may have the option to cancel a pending withdrawal within a specified timeframe. Once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed and are subject to external banking times and procedures.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Bet/Bonus Reversal
- Refund policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used to place Bets. In limited circumstances (e.g., demonstrable technical failure on the Operator's systems), the Operator may, at its sole discretion, refund a deposit or stake, or credit your Account with equivalent funds.
- Chargebacks and reversals: If a Chargeback or payment reversal occurs:
- The Operator may immediately suspend or close your Account;
- Any pending withdrawals may be cancelled; and
- Any winnings derived from the disputed funds may be voided.
- Bonus-related funds: If a Bonus, free spins, or similar incentive is granted in error or withdrawn under the Bonus Terms, the Operator may reverse:
- Bonus Funds; and
- Any winnings directly attributable to such Bonus Funds that have not yet been withdrawn.
